Cool 😎 Jimmy McCain taRump is disqualified as a Presidential candidate. He should not have endorsements from Republicans and I applaud those independent voters who will step up and endorse Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in their race to the 2024 election
I initially thought he would get no prison time. But factors that determine the sentence besides his age, his health, and his criminal history, also include the defendant's understanding of his crimes and if he is willing to accept responsibility for his offenses. That information is obtained from the interview he had with the probation officer. The judge will summarize the probation officer's findings - that should be enlightening. I can't imagine trump admitting that he knew about anything that was done, let alone take responsibility. Courts don't look kindly on that. My guess? 4 years for each count to be served concurrently (so a total of 4 years), with 5 years probation after.
I’m so happy for him. He’s worked so hard for this!
He earned it all on his own!

I applaud them as well. Country over party!
I doubt he'll get prison time, but the more tsuris he has the happier I am. He's evil to his core
Agree..
Fortunately I don’t think he can go any higher than the NY Supreme Court in this one.
