Last night, the SEC sued the shadow president for alleged securities fraud.
The complaint claims Musk failed to disclose owning over 5% of Twitter’s shares before purchasing the app — information he was legally required to reveal beforehand.
Unfortunately, Trump has vowed to fire the SEC Chair upon being sworn in, so expect this lawsuit to be dropped after his inauguration.

Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos will reportedly be seated directly behind Trump at his swearing-in ceremony, right alongside his Cabinet picks and other elected officials.
