Less than 40 days into Trump’s presidency, and we now have proof: the longer he’s in office, the worse it gets — for him and his party.

First, Trump’s support is tanking

According to the latest Roanoke College poll, Trump’s approval rating in Virginia has plummeted to 37%, while his disapproval has shot up to 59%.

I guess his inflationary tariffs, proposed Medicare cuts, and lack-of-a-healthcare plan are starting to rub voters the wrong way.

Even Republicans are begging for mercy

This morning, GOP Rep. Nicole Malliotakis went on CNN to denounce DOGE’s “rash decisions” and urged the Trump administration to “use a scalpel, not a sledgehammer.”

Sorry, ma’am — you voted for the wrecking ball. Don’t act surprised that everything is getting wrecked.

Let’s be real

The plan was always to purge the government, halt vital programs, cut taxes for billionaires, and leave working Americans with the bill.

These aren’t “unintended” consequences. They are by design.

AOC claps back at Trump’s border czar

Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, threatened to have the DOJ investigate AOC simply for informing migrants of their constitutional rights against rogue ICE agents.

Instead of backing down, she fired back at Homan, telling him: “Bring it on.”

That’s how you fight MAGA: by exposing their fearmongering rhetoric and calling their bluff.

And by fact-checking them, just like French President Macron beautifully did to Trump in real-time

During yesterday’s meeting, Trump falsely claimed that Europe wasn’t actually paying to support Ukraine.

Instead of letting Trump rattle off disinformation, Macron grabbed him by the arm, cut him off, and corrected him, saying: “No. To be frank, we paid. We paid 60% of the total effort.”

Macron did what every journalist should do when Trump lies: interrupt him with the facts.

What a novel concept.

Meanwhile, Musk’s latest corruption plot is downright terrifying

While Trump’s popularity crumbles and his administration faces backlash from both sides, his shadow president, Elon Musk, just secured a government deal that could put all of us at risk:
