A federal judge ruled on Saturday that Trump must immediately stop his deportation flights and return all flights that were midair.
However…
On Sunday, the Trump administration decided to disobey the ruling, telling the judge that it was both “too late” to turn back the flights and that because the flights were already over international waters, the U.S. courts “lack jurisdiction.”
