Trump Tells Americans: I Don't Care About Your Finances

At least he's honest

 Donald Trump just admitted that he does not care about how the war in Iran is impacting Americans' financial situations.

This afternoon, when a reporter asked Trump, "What extent are Americans' financial situations motivating you to make a deal with Iran?"

Here how Trump responded, verbatim: "Not even a little bit. The only thing that matters when I'm talking about Iran is that they can't have a nuclear weapon. I don't think about Americans' financial situations. I think about one thing: we cannot let Iran have a nuclear weapon."

A clownish response, for two reasons.

The first is that Trump explicitly campaigned on lowering prices for Americans, yet currently, gas prices and inflation are at all-time highs. And the reason they’re at all time highs is because of the war with Iran. A war that Trump promised not to get us involved in.

Remember when he said he was going to be the president who “ended” all the wars? Ha Ha.

The second reason why this response is clownish…

Because Obama already had a nuclear agreement set in place with Iran back in 2015, one in which they had agreed not to make nuclear weapons.

But Trump tore up that agreement because…well…he doesn't like Obama.

There you have it

The President of the United States just went on camera and told every single American that he does not care about how his decisions impact our financial situations. I doubt Fox News will be playing that interview tonight!

If Dems are wise, they’ll use it for a midterms ad.
