This morning, a federal appeals court upheld a $5 million verdict against Trump, confirming a jury's decision that he sexually abused and defamed writer E. Jean Carroll.

The separate and much larger $83.3 million judgment is still under appeal, so hopefully the courts shut that down too and make him cough up the whole enchilada.

Over the weekend, Trump told the New York Post he supports H-1B visas: “I’ve always liked the visas, I have always been in favor of the visas. That’s why we have them…I have many H-1B visas on my properties. I’ve been a believer in H-1B. I have used it many times. It’s a great program.”

Ouch. Betraying his base of disgruntled voters who despise when highly-skilled foreign workers get hired for jobs they weren’t even applying for.

It looks like MSNBC and CNN are finally paying the consequences for their insufferable election coverage.

According to Nielsen, MSNBC’s prime-time audience has plummeted to an average of 620,000 viewers — down 54% from its pre-election numbers, while CNN has dropped to an average of 405,000 viewers — a 45% decline since the election.
