I am not shocked at yesterday’s handcuffing of Senator Padilla — not in the slightest — as it’s exactly what we all predicted would happen should Donald Trump evade prison and reoccupy the Oval Office.
What a week
From deploying National Guard troops and active-duty Marines against his own citizens, to rolling out tanks for his $45 million taxpayer-funded military parade, and detaining Democratic lawmakers for questioning his Gestapo-style raids — Trump has gone full-blown dictator.
