Under Joe Biden’s fresh cloak of absolute immunity, he could technically order the assassination of his spray-tanned opponent — so long as it was deemed an “official act” prior to carrying it out.

However, the Supreme Court knows that Joe Biden — and every future Democratic President afterwards —would never abuse their new totalitarian power that they’ve been granted by the SCOTUS.

And that’s why the MAGA Supreme Court did what they did with their crazy ruling yesterday: they know only their candidate would abuse his immunity.
