It’s been a wild 24 hours. Where to begin?

Trump co-conspirators walk free

Trump’s co-defendants in the classified documents case, Walt Nauta and Carlos DeOliveira, had their charges dismissed by the 11th Circuit this morning — despite overwhelming evidence against them.

Plus

Trump’s DOJ is dropping charges against Eric Adams, the NYC mayor who begged Trump for a pardon after his bribery indictment.

Basically

If you kiss the ring, you are no longer bound by the same set of rules that the rest of us have to follow.

Corruption in plain sight.

Google goes MAGA

Google Calendar has removed key events from its site, including Holocaust Remembrance Day, Pride Month, Black History Month, Jewish Heritage Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Indigenous Peoples’ Month, and, sadly, the list goes on.

Ironically, this comes after the Pentagon ordered the Defense Intelligence Agency to stop observing these holidays too.

I guess Hegseth and Google Calendar are operating in lockstep to turn America into a Christian Nationalist state.

However, not all news was bad…

Last night, a federal judge in Massachusetts blocked Trump’s order to reduce the National Institutes of Health’s research rate to 15%, a move that would have stripped $4 billion worth of funding for labs, universities, and hospitals who rely on this funding to pay staff, cover lab costs, and keep research projects going.

Funding that Elon Musk called a “ripoff.”

But the judge ruled against the Trump administration, sending Elon into a meltdown

In response to the judge striking down the order, Musk complained: “This is deeply wrong! A judge just blocked dropping the overhead charged on NIH grants from the outrageous 60% to a far more reasonable 15%. This judge is FORCING the CORRUPTION to CONTINUE. WTF.”

The world’s richest man is mad that scientists get to keep their jobs and continue life-saving medical research.

In my view

With the amount of unconstitutional executive orders and directives Trump is carrying out alongside DOGE, we should be seeing daily lawsuits filed against his administration for the next 100 days.

That’s what it’s gonna take to stall his agenda through the midterms.

Fortunately

Not everything is going according to plan for Trump’s White House:
