Harris Thrives Post-Debate, Trump Makes A Big Blunder
Kamala Harris draws historic battleground crowds and gets exciting new polling data, as Donald's latest move triggers backlash from within his own party
Kamala Harris just capped off yet another flawless week of campaigning.
First, she crushed it in NC
During her battleground rally, Harris slammed Trump for not having a health care plan, saying: “He has concepts of a plan. Concepts of a plan. I mean, we’re 54 days from this election. Concepts of a plan? Which means no actual plan.”
Correct. Nine years later, and Donald still has no plan.
And unlike Trump, Harris offered a solution
At the rally, Harris discussed how she’d lower costs for middle/working class Americans, take on big pharma to reduce prescription costs, and expand protections for those with pre-existing conditions.
Perfect messaging
And a stark contrast on one of the most important bipartisan issues in the race.
Not to mention
Harris drew an impressive crowd at yesterday’s rally in North Carolina.
According to the campaign, 25,000+ people attended Harris’ two events in NC on Thursday — 17,000 in Greensboro, and 7,500 in Charlotte.
P.S. That’s not AI. Those are real-life swing state voters!
And the post-debate hype continues
Mark Cuban said he had “several friends” in Texas who were now convinced that Harris was “more presidential” and would bring “more stability” after watching her mop the floor with her convicted felon opponent.
“They were concerned about whether she would stay a centrist. But thought that risk was less than Trump’s instability and inability to keep from being baited again and again.”
Yep. Trump showed how easily manipulable he was, and how impulsive/emotional he gets when confronted with a tough leader like Harris.
A huge turn-off for voters who want a candidate that will protect our national security, show strength to our adversaries, and who they’ll trust with the nuclear codes.
And the polls show voters believe Harris is that candidate
The first post-debate polls are in, and they’re looking strong for Madam VP.
Reuters/Ipsos has Harris beating Trump 47% to 42%.
Morning Consult has Harris beating Trump 50% to 45%.
5 point margins in each poll.
And today
She’s hitting PA to expand her lead in the state with the most electoral college votes.
A helluva way to close out the week for Kamala Harris.
Not so much for her opponent
Not only is Trump stumbling in the polls and pulling the plug on his next debate, but his latest blunder has caused so much disruption that he's now facing backlash from within his own party:
