Harris Recaptures Lead, Trump Campaign Rocked By Swing State Crisis
Harris takes the lead before taking the stage, as Donald's team gets hit with a brutal battleground update heading into the debate
With less than 12 hours until the debate, Kamala Harris has found herself back on top with a lead over Trump — in several new polls.
First, her NC numbers are looking strong
The most recent North Carolina poll by SurveyUSA has Harris beating Trump in North Carolina by 3 points, with Harris at 49% to Trump's 46%.
Her largest lead in the state thus far.
Then, when we zoom out
The latest Morning Consult national poll has Harris once again leading Trump by 3 points, with Harris at 49% and Trump at 46%.
Looks like the tables have turned back to where they’ve been for 99% of this race: with Madam VP ahead.
Also
In the first national poll among Jewish voters since Harris entered the race, 72% support Harris — while only 25% remain behind Trump.
This is actually a 5-point increase from Biden, who had 67% with Jewish voters.
And
In a plot-twist I did not see coming, MAGA Senator Rand Paul told NBC his enthusiasm for Trump has “flagged” and said he still has not decided on who he’ll vote for.
In other words: Rand Paul is refusing to endorse Trump.
Even more shocking
Rand correctly blamed Trump for inflation, saying: “I think some of the inflation we have now is from the deficits under the Trump administration.”
Straight facts.
Trump ballooned the national debt by trillions of dollars, which apparently is a big no-no for Republicans like Rand.
A terrible way to head into the debate for Donald Trump, whose campaign just got hit with a new battleground state blow
Not only did Trump tank in the polls and get betrayed by his own Senator, but the latest swing state crisis report might throw him completely off his game tonight:
