A huge show of support for Kamala Harris, and a lot of financial support headed her way — and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks since she launched her candidacy.
First, Kamala calls out Trump in Atlanta for being a coward
In the most iconic moment of the night, Harris took direct aim at her fearful, convicted felon opponent, and challenged him:
“I do hope you'll reconsider to meet me on the debate stage. As the saying goes, if you got something to say, say it to my face!”
I’d be scared if I were Donald, too. She’s an intelligent prosecutor who’s 18 years younger than him.
Harris also hammered Trump over the border
With the entire country watching — Harris correctly blamed the Republican nominee for sabotaging the border deal that she and Biden were ready to sign:
“As president I will bring back the border security bill that Donald Trump killed and I will sign it into law and show Donald Trump what real leadership looks like!”
This is an issue that will win over GOP/swing voters — so it’s critical that she was able to weave this into her epic battleground speech.
Even Republicans acknowledged how electric her rally was
Here’s what Geoff Duncan, the former GA Lt. Governor of Georgia — a Republican — said about the Harris rally after it concluded: “I've been hanging around Georgia politics for well over a decade; I've never seen anything like this with that much energy."
