Harris Creates New Surge, Trump Campaign Makes Big Mistake

Harris and Walz usher in a wave of new voter registrations, as the latest move from Donald's campaign could prove costly

Kamala Harris is the gift that keeps on giving for Democrats.

Since she entered the race, voter registration is skyrocketing amongst young voters and minorities — in far greater numbers than were signing up in 2020.

The data

Compared to the last election at this same time, there is a 175.8% increase in young black women registering to vote, and 149.7% increase in young Latinas registering to vote in 2024.

That is a massive spike, and the other demos are seeing a boost in new registrations as well.

A bad sign for Trump

I’m willing to bet this new voter surge is in favor of Harris, instead of some random wave of youth/minority enthusiasm for Donald Trump — a 78-year old adjudicated rapist who vowed to take away women’s reproductive freedoms, cut taxes for billionaires, carry out mass deportations, and calls climate change a ‘hoax.’

Nor will voters be pleased about his campaign’s latest stunt

Not only did Trump get slapped with another indictment for his Insurrection yesterday, but his campaign just pulled a move that could cost him big in the November election:
