A former Pentagon official warned that George Santos could pose a potential “Espionage threat” if he is sworn into Congress.
When asked about Santos, Daniel P. Meyer, a longtime Pentagon official who has worked under three separate presidents, told the New York Post: “Every congressman has eligibility for access to classified information, and that terrifies security professionals, because they haven’t been really reviewed for it.”
The reason Meyer is bringing up ‘Espionage’ is because of Santos’ crooked past — including his ties to foreign entities.
