Farmers And Hotel Owners Blame Trump After ICE Raids Crush Their Businesses

It seems the MAGAs are finally getting a taste of their own medicine — realizing they voted for their own demise when they chose to re-elect a felon who couldn’t care less about them.

This morning

Donald Trump inadvertently revealed that farmers and hotels are blaming him for losing “very good, long-time workers” — which they say is a result of his mass deportation ICE raids.

Here’s what Trump said on Truth Social: “Our great Farmers and people in the Hotel and Leisure business have been stating that our very aggressive policy on immigration is taking very good, long time workers away from them, with those jobs being almost impossible to replace.”

Translation: MAGA Farmers and business owners are realizing how awful their decision was to support a con artist who’d proceed to derail their businesses by deporting the low-wage immigrant workers they depend on.

But because these individuals voted for “Mass Deportations,” they now must suffer the consequences of their actions.

A.K.A. FAFO (F*ck around and find out).

The takeaway

Trump is likely receiving heat from his donors — whose businesses are being disrupted by his ICE raids.

It’s unfortunate that immigrants are being used as pawns in a cruel political game — and unfortunate that these farmers and hotel owners only care about immigrants when their bottom line is impacted.

But nevertheless

This is yet more proof that the tides are turning against Trump, even among his own people.

Let’s hope Newsom keeps his foot on the gas and continues to combat the MAGA propaganda.
