Elon Musk Implodes, Lashes Out At MAGA In Late Night Meltdown
The MAGA-Musk feud gets taken to the next level
It started yesterday morning when Trump loyalist, Laura Loomer, woke up to find her account suspended from X for 12 hours.
Her bewildered reaction: “What happened?”
Well, Laura, what happened is Musk demonstrated that he’s no “free-speech absolutist” when the free speech is used to criticize him.
Here’s the backstory
Loomer accused Musk of undermining the ‘America First’ agenda because he expressed support for employing foreign workers through H-1B visas — which he does at his companies.
So while Loomer exposed herself and the MAGA movement as blatantly xenophobic, Musk exposed himself as a man who may not actually on board with the entire MAGA agenda.
The crazy part is
Musk is on the correct side of the H-1B visa debate. Skilled foreign workers are employed at every major company and are essential to America’s economy.
If the MAGAs want more skilled American-born workers at these companies, they should promote investment in America’s education system. Instead, they firmly oppose this by decrying U.S. universities as ‘woke’, accuse teachers and professors of ‘indoctrination’, and support defunding of the Department of Education.
All of these positions show that MAGAs don’t actually want to learn the skills necessary to compete with foreign workers. Instead, they just want companies to stop hiring non-white foreign workers, who are often more skilled and qualified than they are.
A.K.A. racism.
By evening, Musk escalated the feud by hurling offensive slurs at Trump supporters
A post on X referred to MAGA voters as the “retarded right” and “unrepentant racists.”
Instead of banning the account like he banned Loomer’s, Musk publicly endorsed the post and responded to it by saying: “Exactly.”
Basically, Musk agrees with this X user’s sentiment that the anti-H-1B visa coaltion — Trump’s base — is comprised of ‘retarded racists.’
This makes Hillary Clinton’s ‘deplorables’ comment seem like a compliment!
