The shadow president melts down over things not going his way

Elon Musk just called for the impeachment of two federal judges who ruled against Trump — and in typical Musk fashion, his reasoning was both legally inept and completely unconstitutional.

Here’s what the shadow president posted this morning in response to Trump being smacked down in court over his unconstitutional transgender military ban and unlawful use of the Alien Enemies Act.

“This is a judicial coup. We need 60 senators to impeach the judges and restore the rule of the people.”

Alright, bro.

First of all

This is not a coup. It’s a standard court ruling.

A coup is when a violent mob storms a government building to overturn an election and execute members of Congress — a.k.a. January 6th.

Secondly

The Senate doesn’t impeach judges. The House does.

Thirdly

It takes 67 senators to remove a judge after impeachment — not 60.

For someone who’s often hailed as the “smartest man in the world,” he sure struggles with basic civics.
