As soon as Arizona Republicans decided to enforce a near total abortion ban by re-implementing a draconian 1864 law, they handed Biden and the Democrats a sure-fire victory in the swing state for this upcoming November Senate/Presidential election.
First, the ruling
The GOP supreme court in Arizona just upheld a sick law — one that was originally created in 1864 before the Civil War’s end and before AZ was even a state — that places a near total ban on abortions in the state (with an exception if the mother’s life is in danger, which is pretty much impossible to prove to a Republican dominated judicial system).
It also mandates a 2-5 year prison sentence for anyone who aids an abortion.
A terrible, evil, psychopathic law
